Important Dates & Deadlines

If you do not wish to participate in the class action aspects of the Settlement, you must submit a Request for Exclusion which must be completed, dated, signed by you, and returned to the Settlement Administrator by mail postmarked by July 28, 2025.

You may object to the Settlement of the Class Claims by mailing a Notice of Objection to the Settlement dministrator postmarked no later than July 28, 2025. You will have a right to appear at the Final Approval Hearing to have your objections heard orally by the Court whether or not you submit a written objection. 

The Final Approval Hearing is scheduled for August 13, 2025, at 9 a.m., in Department 301 at the Superior Court of California for the County of San Francisco, 400 McAllister Street, San Francisco, CA 94102.
